RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All chicks are guaranteed for 48 hours. If you experience a loss during this time, we will happily replace the chick or refund your money. Chicks are delivered as Straight Run birds, so the buyer should be aware that the gender of chicks is not guaranteed.

All pullets are delivered as hens. If you receive a cockerel with your pullet order we will happily take the cockerel back and replace it with a hen or refund your money.
